Loving husband to Pauline. Devoted father of Andrew, Clare, Hilary, Rachel, Madeleine, Alex and Michael. Much loved Grandad of Leah, Zoe, Sophie, Joseph, Felicity, Patrick, Harvey, Evelyn, Amandine, Thomas and Raphael. David will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
Requiem Mass and interment will take place at St.Richards R.C. Church, Skelmersdale on Wednesday 18th June at 10.30am.
